The Adventuredome is a great place to keep kids entertained and offers pay-one-price tickets for theme park rides. The dome, while keeping the weather out, keeps the noise in. The hotel corridors and rooms are also decorated in a rather noisy style. Circus acts are performed every twenty minutes and can been seen from the casino and most of the restaurants. Honestly, the whole place gives me a headache. Animal Kingdom Lodge A unique deluxe resort, Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is built around a private animal reserve. Three separate savannas encompass 33 acres and are home to over 200 mammals and birds (three dozen species). The savannas are lit up each night with a simulated hull moon. Inside the lobby, look for artifacts collected from or inspired by African tribes. African cast members are happy to share about their home countries. Disney's Wilderness Lodge Set in Yosemite at the turn of the century, Disney's Wilderness Lodge uses trees, carvings and even a geyser to transport you from the middle of Florida to the Northwest. This Deluxe resort is a boat ride from the Magic Kingdom, and has a swimming pool with a short water slide, plus a small beach on Bay Lake. Disney's Port Orleans Atmospheric resort inspired by the Old South features willow trees lining a river, New Orleans-style architecture, and a large outdoor playground. |
